  • If you need help with resetting your password, please call our Member Relations Team at 866.495.7322 to verify your identity and request access. For security purposes, we cannot take requests for access via email.
  • If you are not currently activated in the Employer Portal and manage 10 or more employees, please contact your dedicated Area Director to request activation.

If you have Microsoft Internet Explorer you will not be able to use the Employer Portal as that browser is not supported.
