Postal Service Disruption for Canadian Members

Due to the pending  Canada Post lockout, mail to and from Canada may be disrupted. As a result, we are notifying our Canadian Pension Fund members of the following:

  • Pension Fund will be emailing all invoices (beginning with August invoices mailed in July) until there is a clear end to the lockout.
  • We urge our Canadian members to use an alternative shipping carrier when sending payments (such as FedEx or UPS). Please note that members will be responsible for any costs associated with these shipments. 
  • When sending payments via an alternative shipping carrier, please be sure to address them to our physical address to ensure delivery: 1099 N. Meridian St., Ste. 720, Indianapolis, IN 46204.

We will resume service as usual once the Canada Post lockout has ended. If we may be of further service, please let us know at pfcc1@pensionfund.org
